'THE EV MANAGEMENT' BOOK

A number of managers have requested reading material about EV and in response the EV book has been produced for senior company managers wishing to switch to managing their companies by the first ever total management system of EV Management. D. COMPLETE CONVERSION OF THE COMPANY TO EV MANAGEMENT
This product contains the diagnostic measurement of A, B & C plus the preparation of a development plan for the introduction of EV Management & Measures into the company.
It also provides the training of senior managers in the use of the additional EV top down components plus where applicable the training of internal company trainers.
The product assists in the identification and modification/upgrading, where necessary, of current management methods and systems needed to match EV such as current production planning and scheduling. Other key training of employees in general is given where core needs are identified such as how to carry out the running of effective meetings and creative problem solving for teams. Assistance is given to the CEO and senior management team in the actual date(s) for company conversion (or conversion of a Division in larger companies) and a decision on whether it will be a conversion to EV Management over one or two days or over a more extended period.
After conversion support is provided for usually a further 6 months to assist in solving any issues during the early implementation of EV Management & Measures. In addition during this latter period management may need assistance in the "how to" of using the EV methodology for much more accurate forward planning purposes.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Conversion of the company to overall management by EV Management with the ability to identify and add on development projects in order of priority to achieve the maximum rate of improvements in financial and overall business performance. The financial performance should increase rapidly to over 2 times to in some cases over 10 times the present level of wealth generation.
