STAGE.5 IMPLEMENTATION OF EV MANAGEMENT AND MEASURES

The most successful way of implementation for medium to large companies is to carry out all the core training, planning and set-up then change over a short period from the 'Current' Management methodology to EV Management. For example over a weekend.
After this the consultant is available for an agreed amount of time usually over approximately six months to assist with any problems and also to provide help in the selection and installation of any additional "bottom-upping" methods which may be needed to support continuous improvement.
The latter is necessary as a number of specific "bottom-up" methods may need some modification to ensure compatibility with EV in addition some are totally incompatible and deflect the attainment of rapid increases in performance.

For very small companies in the range of 2 to ~20 employees it is possible to miss out some of the items required for larger companies and often only 2 or three workshops are necessary rather than workshops and on-site assistance as for medium to large companies.
