About International Executive Strategies Pty Ltd
International Executive Strategies Pty Ltd (IES) was founded in 1990 by Dr Ian Brammar to develop an advanced universally applicable management system capable of generating increased wealth from a company's core investments compared to using the existing management system (called Conventional Management) currently used by most companies. IES is the world's leading edge company engaged in this area of work.
The establishment of IES followed a 10 year research and development program by an Australian public interest company of which Dr Brammar was the CEO. This public interest company was set up to find out how to make companies more competitive and profitable than their overseas competitors. It was found that the "top-down" management parts of Conventional Management were missing a number of key components to maximise profitability and overall business performance.
For the first few years IES carried out further investigations which found additional missing or incorrect portions of "top-down" management in Conventional Management.
The development of the new "top - down" management components then began and as each was developed it was trialed in one of 4 multi-national companies in different manufacturing businesses. These company trials were carried out in the USA, Northern Ireland, UK and Australia. This development and trial phase was completed in the late 1990s and training programs were prepared for CEOs and their management teams and run in over 50 medium to large companies and in 54 small companies with considerable success.
Over the last 2 years it has been found that key parts of the methodology are also ideally suited to board members who can now achieve considerably enhanced governance of their companies with resultant major benefits to shareholders and investors.
